Crafted with seven varieties of 100% locally farmed and pressed Ontario apples, our Flagship Dry showcases the pure essence of the orchard. Each small batch is fermented slowly, ensuring a crisp finish that’s lightly balanced by a touch of pure local honey and a hint of organic cane sugar. We never use juice from concentrate or dilute our cider with water—so every sip bursts with authentic apple flavour. Our passion for cider-making shines through in every can, and we’re excited to share that experience with you.
