  • Ontario Apples

    Great cider starts in the orchard. We handpick a blend of seven Ontario apple varieties to strike the perfect balance of bright acidity and natural sweetness. Harvested in early November, when the late-season apples are at their peak, our apples are pressed fresh and slowly fermented. From crop to can, every batch takes about three months or more—because real cider can’t be rushed.

  • Local Honey

    We’re proud to support Ontario beekeepers by using local honey to lightly sweeten our ciders. More than just a sweetener, honey adds a smooth, velvety mouthfeel and floral complexity that cane sugar can’t match on it's own. It’s a nod to our commitment to sustainable ingredients—and to protecting the pollinators that make our ecosystems thrive.

  • Real Fruit

    From juicy peaches to wild blueberries, we use real fruit in every seasonal cider we craft. No fake flavours, no shortcuts—just bold, bright fruit character that shines through with every sip. Whether it’s a zesty splash of lemon or a burst of fresh cherry, we let the fruit speak for itself.
