Caring for our environment is part of our company's DNA.
We carefully select our ingredients, our partners and our suppliers based on this shared purpose. Here are some of the things we are doing today to reduce our environmental impact:
We are the first cidery in Canada to be Bullfrog Powered. We choose clean, pollution free energy for our business. That represents 18 MWhs of green energy and 3.2 tonnes CO2e emissions reductions per year.
We offset 100% of the fuel usage from our sales team with Green Fuel from Bullfrog Power. All of our apples, cranberries and cherries are sourced in Ontario and our honey is sourced locally.
